Re-Building Your Life Into What You Want It to Be: Just Focus
My life has dramatically improved from the moment that I decided what I want to do. I have realized that everything worthwhile in our life starts with self-focus. You need to learn to focus on what you want, and you need to learn not to lose that focus.
When you’re able to go beyond the constraints of your mind, you will see that anything that happens to us is just a cause and a result of our actions.
To act is to decide.
Whenever you decide to do something, to say something, to break something, you’re acting upon a path you cannot unwind. You’re choosing.
When you decide on the things that you want in your life, then absolutely everything that you wish for will appear.
You need to imagine it and then create it.
When you image something, you’re essentially creating that something. You’re casting it into existence. It could be a mere thought, or perhaps a complex idea.
You need to learn how to plant those seeds within yourself, that way allowing yourself to do whatever it is that you wish to do.
The only way to do that is by having self-awareness. It all starts with recognizing who you are, what you want to achieve, and your possibilities concerning that something that you wish to make.
You need to be realistic, and you need to understand that some things don’t happen overnight. There’s plenty of what we do that requires time to be done, pretty much like a seed, which can grow into a healthy tree - all that it takes is time.
Once you have understood that you’re playing for the long run, you will be able to push beyond. That’s the only way that you can achieve whatever it is that you want out of life.
This concept is difficult to grasp sometimes, but energy is absolutely everything that there is. There’s nothing but energy flowing around. That’s it.
Earth is currently vibrating. You are vibrating, and the device that you’re using to read this is also vibrating. Vibrations are energy. Vibrations are everywhere.
When we realize that energy is everything out there, our perception and way of looking at life will change. Your thoughts are also energy. Your ideas are also energy.
If we concentrate enough energy, we could be able to make great things. If we can master the transfer of energy or power, we could travel great distances across the galaxy.
We are energy, and ironically, we are learning to master energy. We’re learning to master ourselves.
That’s what we are doing every single day.
It’s fantastic to think about it: we all are energy that’s figuring itself out. We’re the universe thinking about itself. We’re creating and destroying everything at the same time.
Once you understand that energy is everything that there is, you will realize that sometimes it’s pointless to waste energy on situations that can’t be changed. You’ll realize that it’s much better to focus your energy on what you can change.
The first thing that you should aim to change is yourself.
Change is an exciting thing, you can talk about it, but unless you do something, nothing’s going to change! In the same way that you cannot just speak about push-ups, you cannot just talk about change. You have got to live it.
It would be best if you learned to let go of that necessity for control, you cannot control absolutely anything in life, so you shouldn’t be trying. It would help if you learned to embrace change, whatever that may be for you.
Once you’re embracing change, you’ll be able to adapt better to whatever situation life puts in your way, you’re going to be ready to go beyond anything, and you’ll realize that you’re changing, as well.
The path towards re-building one’s own life is not easy. It’s going to take some time and a lot of dedication. However, if you dedicate yourself to you, I’m sure that you’ll make significant changes in your life.
In my personal experience, I was able to change jobs towards something I’ve wanted to do while multiplying my salary 3x times. All of that happened within just one month of putting that energy out to the universe.
You need to ask, and the universe is going to reply.
I believe that two critical pillars out of reshaping oneself are having self-awareness. We need to be self-conscious and self-aware of who we are, what we want, and how we plan to achieve what we want.
We need to love our possibilities, as well as our restrains.
We need to understand whatever is holding us back, as well as what’s keeping us in the lead. We need to learn and adapt our mindset towards the long run.
I believe that anything worthwhile takes time to build; that’s why I plan everything that I do in years or decades. I play in the long run.
Whenever I invest, my thoughts are planning 20, 30 years ahead of the current time. Whenever I learn, study, or try new things, I’m always motivated by the place where I picture myself in the future.
If you don’t know “where” you want to be in the long run, don’t worry about it. I’m sure that’s something that you’ll find out once you’re self-aware.
The only way to be self-aware is by being present. We need to learn to be in the here and the now, right this very second.
We need to avoid doing things out of habit, and we need to start to understand why we do things.
Once we understand ourselves, our deepest motivations, and what moves us forward, we will be able to make significant changes to our life and re-build ourselves.
Just remember that change doesn’t happen overnight. You need to work towards it. You need to envision it. You need to dream a little, sometimes, but you also need to put in the work.
That’s the only way: just focus on one day at a time, every single day.
Are you doing it?
